Do I need an appointment?
After January 5th, 2026, an appointment is required at our new Bridgewater location. Please contact the office via phone, text, or email to schedule your appointment.

Do you have a showroom at your new location?
We no longer have a shower door showroom.

Do you offer commercial work?
We offer commercial doorlite and window repair work only.
After January 5th, 2026 we will no longer offer new commercial storefronts or commercial parts.

Does your company do auto glass?List Item 1
We no longer do auto glass. If you are having trouble finding a company, give us a call and we may have a recommendation for your area.

Do you do free estimates for shower doors?List Item 2
Yes, we do. We also do free estimates for mirror installation as well.

Do you have a text line I can send an image to?
Yes! We can be reached by text message at 781-277-4850. Please be sure to include your name when sending a text!
Important note: texts sent to our main office phone line will not be received as it is a landline only. We can only receive texts on the text line number listed above.

Do you repair residential windows or doors?List Item 3
Unfortunately we do not travel to the home to do window or door repairs, they must be brought into our shop. 95% of them are repairable - we just have to see them first.

Could you remind me of your Insulated Glass Repair policy?
We do not fabricate insulated glass in house and rely on our manufacturer to fabricate these items. There are two options for this repair:
Option A (most popular):
Schedule an appointment to bring your frame in to us for exact measurement and pricing. Take your frame back home with you while you wait for the glass to come in. We will contact you as soon as the glass is in to schedule an appointment to bring your frame in to us before 9:00 am for same day service.
Option B:
Schedule an appointment to bring your frame in to us for exact measurement and pricing and leave your frame with us while the glass is on order. We will install the glass as soon as it arrives, and contact you when it is ready for pickup.

Can I place an order over the phone or do I need to come in to your shop?List Item 4
Yes, you can place an order over the phone. Please keep in mind we do require a 50% deposit on all orders, which can be placed with a card over the phone.

What is your average lead time?
We strive to keep our lead times as short as possible. Your lead time will depend on the size of your order and what you are ordering. Please contact the office for current lead times.

Do you offer patterned glass?
Yes, we do! If you are looking for a specific pattern, feel free to give us a call or send us a picture through text or email.

Will my order be boxed or bubblewrapped?
We do not offer boxing or bubblewrapping services. Single lites of glass or mirror will be wrapped in green paper. Items such as frames, insulated glass, oversized items etc., will be handed to you or loaded in your vehicle unwrapped. We suggest bringing moving blankets, towels, comforters etc. to cushion your items during transport.

Do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery for oversized items such as large dining room tabletops. Smaller items must be picked up. If you are interested in delivery, please let us know at the time of order placement, as there is an additional fee for this service.

Are you able to re-silver mirrors?
We are not able to re-silver existing mirrors. However, we are able to supply you with a new mirror if you are able to supply us with the size and thickness.

My patio table glass broke, can I order a new one?
We can order you a new piece from our custom manufacturer, however we do like to let customers know upfront that it may be cheaper to purchase a whole new table, rather than purchase the replacement glass. When furniture manufacturers are fabricating these items they are producing large quantities and able to keep the cost low. We do not temper glass in house, so each piece requested from our manufacturer is considered custom with pricing depending on certain factors such as shape, rounded corners, clear vs patterned/textured glass, umbrella hole cutout, and thickness. Please contact the office for exact pricing on the item you need.

Do you offer tinting or filming services?
Unfortunately we do not offer any tinting or filming services for existing glass.
We do offer new glass in bronze, gray, and frosted. Please contact the office for availability and glass types.

Do you offer cutdowns on existing materials?
Unfortunately we do not offer cutdowns on existing materials.
*If you have purchased your item in the last 7 days and it needs to be slightly altered, please contact our office. Tempered glass cannot be altered after fabrication.

Will you come to my home to make a template of a tabletop?
We offer templating/measurements for large dining room tabletops. Please contact the office for more information.

Do you fabricate oval tabletops?
We do not make oval table tops in house, but are able to request these from our manufacturer.
Please note, oval tabletops require a pattern be submitted to us by the customer. Please contact the office for full details on template requirements for oval tabletops.

Do you fabricate new storm windows?
We offer new C-Sash storm panel fabrication.
Please note the following:
• Non-operable panels
• Frame CANNOT be drilled through - Must be secured with a clip or moulding system (we do not supply these materials)
• 5/16” thick frame
• Available in white, aluminum, or bronze frame
• Available in both plate glass and tempered glass
• Available in custom sizes

Will you dispose of my existing glass for me?
We will only dispose of existing glass if you are placing an order for a new piece.

Do you offer stained/etched glass services?
Unfortunately we do not.
